Before Booking

During regular business hours there is always someone in our office to give you general information.

-

No Obligation Phone Consultation with our event coordinator available.

If we cannot accommodate your event, we can recommend another service that can.

Upon Booking

-

You will receive Contractual Agreement describing all Services, Staff, Equipment and Fees.

-

You will receive Forms: Agenda Of Events Planner and Music Request Lists..

-

You have two options: Select the DJ that you feel best fits your needs or at a savings, let us assign the first available Staff DJ.

-

If we are not familiar with your event venue, we will schedule a site evaluation with the venue manager.

Prior To Event

-

Unlimited phone consultations.

-

You will receive phone call or email from our office 2 weeks before your event to confirm our performance.

-

You will receive Phone call from your DJ 1 week before your event to go over pronunciation of names, Agenda, Music or any last minute changes.

-

We will contact venue manager a few days before your event to confirm load in, load out, security, etc...

-

DJ will test and clean all equipment that is to be used at your event to assure a flawless performance.

At The Event

-

DJ will arrive no later than ONE HOUR prior to event start time to start setting up DJ Equipment.

-

DJ will work in harmony with Customer, Event Location Manager and other Vendors.

-

DJ will always conduct him/her self in a professional manner.

-

DJ will not post any tacky banners or signs. We will have a few business cards in the DJ Booth in the event a guest asks for more information.

-

DJ will provide State-of-the art sound system components that are matched together for optimal sound reproduction and dependability.

-

DJ will provided music stored on CD or MP3 and played on professional DJ CD Player or Laptop.

-

DJ will provide backup equipment associated with your DJ Package.

-

DJ will begin playing your requested music at the agreed contracted start time.

-

DJ will play music brought to event by customer only if it has been burned onto a few new CDs.

-

DJ will execute all the events and activities precisely as described on your Agenda of Events and Music Request Lists

-

DJ will follow Agenda and Music Lists respectively and is open to any last minute changes requested by Customer.

-

Customer always has the option to add an additional hour of music to the evening's program provided it has been cleared by venue manager.

-

At the end of performance DJ will remove all equipment from premises without delay

After The Event

-

Customer, their family and Guests will realize that they've had the time of their life.

-

Everyone will be talking about the wonderful time they had at your event for years to come.
